Attorney Profiles

The varied backgrounds of the three attorneys allows the firm to continue to offer a full range of legal services, with each attorney bringing a variety of experience and ability to the table. Jeff Karver handles most of the business law matters, most of the real estate matters (including zoning and subdivision work), and much of the wills and estate practice. Jeff and Tina Boyd handle the bulk of the family law practice. Jeff also handles criminal matters, landlord/tenant matters and a growing wills and estate practice.

The firm is capable of handling most of your civil and criminal legal issues. With its small town background, we recognize the financial limitations of many of our clients, and make a concerted effort to resolve all cases at the earliest opportunity in order to minimize the expense to our clients. If necessary, however, we are prepared to take your case to trial. The firm has recently won a full judgment for its client in a civil jury trial in Carbon County, and has successfully defended a criminal jury trial in Chester County. If you need a lawyer in Berks County, Montgomery County, Chester County or Lehigh County, call us for a consultation at 610-367-2148.
